So what do five supernatural ninjas want with a pack of werewolves and a banshee and, how are they connected to Mr. Argent (JR Bourne), who looks like he made it through Halloween more than a little worse for wear? Assuming that Lydia still catches the scent of pending death, this most recent threat to their well-being appears to be, well, that they are being marked for death. The better question is whether or not they’ll be the ones dying or the ones causing it.
Those are all questions that Teen Wolf is going to need to answer on future episodes, but what really left us scratching our heads after tonight’s episode is why did Stiles (Dylan O’Brien) leave that message on the chalkboard, and why doesn’t he remember doing it?
Stiles is the only character that temporarily died in order to find the root cellar where his father was being held by Ms. Blake (Haley Webb), who was not supernatural or supernatural-adjacent. It makes sense that he would be more susceptible to whatever darkness resulted, but does this mean he’s now subconsciously in cahoots with the dark side?
There’s undoubtedly more to Kira that meets the eye, or at least the human eye, and now Scott and his pack need to find out what it is, and fast. They were able to delete the evidence that would have tipped off the authorities to something being out of the ordinary, but with Stiles apparently working both sides, they’re going to need to be even more careful moving forward.
Do you think Stiles will come clean to Scott about his part in Kira’s abduction? Is this the end for Chris Argent or will Allison arrive home in time to save him? How will Kira react to what she just saw? Let us know all your thoughts, theories, and conundrums about this episode of Teen Wolf in the comment section below!
