Despite being left reeling from their recent encounter with Prometheus, it’s time for Team Arrow to get back to what they do best: Keeping Star City safe in brutal, yet flamboyant, fashion to our amusement.
But before they can do that, they must examine the facts and debate whether a new masked figure in town is a threat or not. It seems that someone is taking out criminals in a lethal manner, yet may have good intentions. Still, it’s not hard to believe that the Arrow Cave is a house divided when it comes to this subject as each member of the team has their own view on where the line is drawn – and we won’t be surprised if Oliver’s list becomes a point of discussion yet again.
The mysterious fellow we are talking about is, of course, Vigilante, a character who has one of the most obvious names in all of comics. As with any TV show though, we expect the writers to take liberties and perhaps amalgamate various iterations in an attempt to find what fits with this series. What does seem certain, however, is that we won’t see the cowboy that mainstream audiences became familiar with thanks to Justice League Unlimited.
