Liev Schreiber’s illustrious fixer Ray Donovan may have spent the majority of last season at odds with the Armenian mafia – collecting more than a few physical scars to prove it – but the show’s upcoming season 4 finds our no-nonsense protagonist attempting to reconnect with his estranged daughter.
Set for premiere on June 26, Schreiber’s battle-worn hitman has been through the wringer at this point in Ann Biderman’s acclaimed series, though the first trailer proves more than anything that Ray Donovan has no intent of slowing up anytime soon – even after asking for forgiveness for his unspeakable sins.
Among the cast returning for season 4 are Paula Malcomson, Eddie Marsan, Dash Mihok, Steven Bauer, Katherine Moennig, while fans of Liev Schreiber’s elusive fixer can look forward to guest appearances from Lisa Bonet, Embeth Davidtz, Ted Levine, Gabriel Mann, Ismael Cruz Cordova, Chris Coppola and Billy Lush.
Ray Donovan season 4 will hit the small screen on Sunday, June 26 at 9 PM ET via Showtime and on-demand.
Ray Donovan stars Liev Schreiber as L.A.’s best professional fixer – the man called in to make the city’s celebrities, superstar athletes, and business moguls’ most complicated and combustible situations go away. Last season’s intense battle with the Armenian mafia leads a wounded Ray to reconnect with his forsaken faith. With this second chance at redemption, Ray is on a path to becoming a much better husband and father. But while things at home are improving, his work introduces him to worlds more formidable and dangerous than ever before. Meanwhile, Mickey (Jon Voight, in his Emmy-nominated and Golden Globe-winning role) has fled Los Angeles, hoping to plant roots on his own terms and to begin anew, one scam at a time.
