With all the breaks occurring this season, Supernatural fans have a valid reason for dubbing this the “Year of Hellatuses,” a term that can be applied to a variety of CW shows. In fact, whenever the aforementioned horror series is forced to endure a hiatus, so too must Arrow, for they’re prime time partners at the moment.
But when Arrow finally does come back in a couple of weeks, expect it to do so with a bang. We say that because not only is Katrina Law returning as Nyssa al Ghul, but she’ll have the mysterious Thanatos Guild hot on her heels. In short, this shadowy cabal is made up by surviving members of the League of Assassins who are in pursuit of a box left behind by Malcolm Merlyn. And, if you were to ask us, seeds for what’s to come in season 7 could very well be planted here, so pay close attention to whatever may happen.
Fortunately, the network has sated our hunger for the time being by releasing the first batch of photos from said episode. Oddly enough, no images of Nyssa al Ghul are to be found in the accompanying gallery, but we are given confirmation that Colton Haynes will be sticking around as Roy Harper for at least a little longer.
Regardless, the images of the original Team Arrow that have been provided are pretty sharp. Really, these pics of Green Arrow, Spartan and Speedy look good enough to be used as desktop wallpapers or as lock screens on smart phones. On top of that, it looks like Felicity is messing around with a Lament Configuration in one of them, but fear not, because that’s just Malcolm’s box.
