Since plans for the series were first announced back in 2020 during quarantine, Tim Burton devotees have maintained a certain level of excitement leading up to the series’ debut. Over the last few months, several spooky featurettes have introduced the world to Ortega as Wednesday, which has generated significant praise and positive reviews for the 20-year-old actress.
And despite the ever-present excitement surrounding the upcoming project, Ortega herself has admitted to the “nerve-wracking” experience of portraying such an infamous fictional character — especially in the presence of acclaimed filmmaker Tim Burton. Nevertheless, eagle-eyed subscribers are undoubtedly looking forward to the premiere episode, which lands on Netflix tomorrow, Nov. 23.
