If you’re looking forward to the new NBC series Awake and can’t hold in the anticipation, you’re in luck. The network has made the pilot episode, in its entirety, available to watch online.
It was announced earlier this month that the show would debut on March 1, and that NBC would move the ratings challenged The Firm to Saturday nights. The network followed that with debuting the first seven minutes of the debut episode, before putting the entire episode online.
The show follows police detective Michael Britten (Jason Issacs) after he regains consciousness from an accident he sustained. As a result, he’s able to switch between two different realities, uncertain of which one is real.
In one reality, his wife dies and his son lives. In the other reality, it’s reversed. His employers want him to seek help, but Michael soon begins to see some links between these dreams as he struggles to figure out which reality is the real one.
Awake debuts on March 1 at 10:00p.m. on NBC. Check out the pilot episode here, and let us know what you think in the comments section below.
