To begin with, Batwoman is set to premiere at 8 PM EST, Sunday, October 6th. The latest addition to the network’s stable of DC Comics adaptations has been swamped with controversy since its trailer was unveiled last month. As trolls took to down-voting and comment bombing its YouTube page, other fans have expressed concern that the first footage of the Ruby Rose-led series is plagued with terrible dialogue and an uninteresting premise. To say its debut is highly anticipated is an understatement, so it will be interesting to see if fans take to the series or not.

Following the first episode of Batwoman will be the season 5 premiere of Supergirl at 9 PM. Rumors suggest Talia al Ghul will have a major presence over the next batch of episodes, as her criminal organization Leviathan debuted in “The Quest for Peace” earlier this year.

The season premiere of The Flash’s sixth season, meanwhile, will debut Tuesday, October 8 at 8 PM, which will then be followed by an encore presentation of Batwomans first episode. Last season teased a future appearance of the Red Death, a villainous merger of Batman and the Flash. While that hasn’t been confirmed, know that those behind the scenes are already in the process of casting season 6’s big bad, so we’ll have to tune in to see who it could be.

Lastly, new episodes of Arrow will start a week later, on October 15th, having been moved to Tuesdays at 9 PM for its final season. As you surely know by now, Greg Berlanti announced that the show had been canceled in a statement earlier this year, saying that the upcoming conclusion will honor the series.

“We’re heartened by the fact that Arrow has birthed an entire universe of shows that will continue on for many years to come. We’re excited about crafting a conclusion that honors the show, its characters and its legacy and are grateful to all the writers, producers, actors, and — more importantly — the incredible crew that has sustained us and the show for over seven years.”
