7 Ways Batman Could Join The Arrowverse

Supergirl’s second season premiere marked a huge moment in the history of the Arrowverse as it saw the first appearance of Superman, as played by Teen Wolf’s Tyler Hoechlin. Apart from anomalies like The Flash, this is a rare major instance of a character currently being used by the movie division allowed to crossover to the TV world.

It’s what we all want to happen. With the Arrowverse’s roster of superheroes growing exponentially every year, at some point we would love to see them all join together to form the Justice League. It’s already being hinted at this season. Legends of Tomorrow is introducing the League’s precursor in the comics, the Justice Society of America, and we’ll be getting the biggest temporary team-up yet in this year’s four-way crossover. But, then, what would the Justice League be without one of its most prominent members?

Let’s say that in an upcoming season, the usual multi-show crossover mini-arc is used to introduce the idea of the Justice League. At the same time, to make this version of the League more legitimate, Batman is brought into the fold for the first time. Perhaps the founding members of this League could be Superman, Batman, The Flash, Green Arrow, Supergirl and Martian Manhunter? That’s four out of the original seven founding members in the comics.

Of course, this is all conjecture and hypothesis but if we can come up with these ideas, than the folks over at The CW can surely think of something better. Apparently, DC’s movie people were very supportive about lending Superman to Supergirl. If they could do the same for Batman, we could be seeing the Dark Knight back on TV sometime in the near future.
