5 Minor It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia Characters That We Want More Of In Season 9

It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia has become such a beloved show due in large part to its 5 core characters. Dennis, Mac, Charlie, Dee, and Frank are all hilarious in their own way, and get better with each season that passes. Some of the secondary characters are great as well. Rickety Cricket, the Waitress, and the McPoyles all have returned many times, and brought plenty of laughs with them.

Tammy It's Always Sunny

That’s Tammy, Trey’s ex-girlfriend. This is classic Tammy. Trey broke up with Tammy because Maureen Kanallen said that she saw Tammy flirting with Walt Timny at a party, but she was only doing it to make Trey jealous because you know, she thought that Trey secretly liked Erin Henebry, but he doesn’t like Erin Henebry, it was all a bunch of bull.

If that doesn’t tell you everything you need to know about Tammy, then let me refresh your memory a bit. Way back in season 1, Tammy wanted to get with Dennis, or so it seemed, but Dennis was hesitant since she was still in high school. When Mac and Charlie found out she was 18, they said he should go for it, but by then it was too late, she left with Trey and was never seen again.

How great would it be if now, 8 years later, Tammy somehow found her way back into Dennis’ life? We’ve seen Dennis go through a marriage with an ex, so what if something of that ilk happened with Tammy? Or better yet, Dennis is lonely, decides to call up Tammy now that she’s definitely legal, but it turns out she’s not quite the smokin’ high schooler she once was. If that isn’t a great set-up for a Dennis-focused episode, I don’t know what is.
