DC’s co-chief, James Gunn, joined Threads recently, marking his arrival on Meta’s newest social media platform. He utilized the time that he would typically spend on Twitter to actively engage with fans and provide them with exclusive behind-the-scenes details. During this social media session, fans got to learn new information about the first installment of DC’s Chapter One: Gods and Monsters, Creature Commandos.
Gunn confirmed on Threads that Creature Commandos will have a different time setting compared to its comic book counterpart. For those unfamiliar with this DC series, Weird War Tales originally introduced Creature Commandos during World War II in the comic book series. In the DCU adaptation of this superhero team, Creature Commandos will be set in the modern day.
