Is Jersey Shore slowly dying out? After Vinny’s departure from the show last week, the cast may be losing another one of their housemates. Once again TMZ has the scoop, telling us that Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino may be leaving the show. TMZ’s camera crew caught up with The Situation and asked him for a comment on whether he was leaving or not.
While he acted coy, sources close to the show have said that The Situation has been antsy lately and has made it clear to the producers that he doesn’t need the show anymore. In fact, he already walked out of the house once this week but has since returned.
The Situation may just be trying to cause problems but then again, with his ego, I wouldn’t be surprised if he feels that he’s too big for the show. With Vinny gone, and The Situation possibly leaving, the producers are going to have a tough time with the series. There is no possible way that it could go on without Vinny and Mike and if it did, you can bet that Pauly would likely depart as well.
Perhaps it’s time though for the cast to move on. They’re just about to wrap filming on season five and I don’t blame them if they’re tired or bored with the show. They likely want to move onto pursue new projects and I honestly can’t see any of them lasting much longer on Jersey Shore. Can you?
