Nintendo confirmed this morning that their New York City press event, which takes place tomorrow (September 13th), will finally reveal the Wii U‘s price and release date.
Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime is still playing coy with the announcement, and would only say that the presentation will provide “the latest news on Wii U“.
Thankfully, Nintendo of Japan’s Twitter account didn’t hold back and blatantly stated that Iwata’s Japanese Nintendo Direct presentation (being held tomorrow at 3AM Eastern) will “tell you when the Wii U will launch and how much for.”
Reggie’s New York City press conference is scheduled for tomorrow (September 13th) at 10 AM Eastern. A separate UK Nintendo Direct presentation will broadcast simultaneously and will provide all the Wii U launch details for Europe.
You can check out a live stream of the New York press conference on Nintendo’s website, or at their Facebook page. Additionally, We Got This Covered will be reporting all the latest Wii U news from the presentations as it breaks.
