Pack your bags and grab your best blazers — peaches, because it’s time to head back to Wellsbury. That’s right, Netflix’s hit series Ginny and Georgia has been renewed for not just one, but two emotionally charged and exciting seasons, and we haven’t stopped dancing around in living rooms since we heard the news.

When we last left the Miller family and all of their friends and foes, there had been a wedding, an arrest, and many emotional moments in the buildup to both. Ginny and Marcus, the couple that stole our hearts, had called it quits but decided to be there for one another. Georgia and Paul finally had their big wedding, with Georgia having opened her heart and spilled her deepest secrets to the man she loved.

MANG, Georgia’s friendship group, had grown closer over triumphs and tragedy, and there was a sense of hope in the future lingering over their heads. In fact, leading up to the arrest, everyone seemed to be facing their darkness to work toward the light. While a future with our favorite characters wasn’t promised, we were certainly hoping for it — and eager fans weren’t the only ones thrilled about the news.

Antonia Gentry, who plays Ginny, shared a GRWM (get ready with me) video to Instagram, but it wasn’t just any GRWM, she was getting ready to make the big announcement that seasons three and four were on the horizon, and a few of her closest friends joined her.

If you’ve never been captivated by an episode of Ginny and Georgia, I can tell you this — it won’t take long for you to become hooked on the story. It’s a journey into motherhood, friendship, love, and loss — and it hits on many relevant topics for kids, teenagers, and adults alike. There are lessons in vulnerability and a natural urge to protect loved ones, in thinking before you act and acting before you think — and it all happens as you’re being entertained, falling in love with the characters for the sweetness and the sour.

Ginny and Georgia creator Sarah Lampert also shared the news on Instagram and gave a massive shout-out to fans who believed in, supported, and fell in love with Ginny and Georgia — and there are many of them.

Fans love the series and all that it stands for, and we can’t wait to get back to Wellsbury soon. Oh, and as for us? We’re still holding a candle for Marcus and Ginny — the world sucks, but she’s his favorite person; and there are few things more significant than that. Here’s hoping when we meet our favorite characters again, things have moved forward in a beautiful direction for them, and if not, we’ve always got Max’s snarky commentary to get us through the dark spots.

You can stream Ginny and Georgia‘s first two seasons on Netflix now, and you won’t want to miss a moment of it. Trust me, peaches.
