With the amount of coverage Disclosure have received in the past couple of months, you’d think we’d have run out of things to say about them – but if they’ve succeeded in anything, it’s finding new ways to stay relevant leading up to their sophomore album, Caracal.
This week, the Surrey, England brothers announced a North American tour to promote the new album with dates at some high-profile venues. Caracal drops on September 25th, and the tour kicks off with a show at the L.A. Memorial Sports Arena on the 29th. In addition to performances at locales like the Navy Pier in Chicago and Direct Energy Centre Exhibition Place in Toronto, the last leg of the tour caps off with a performance at Madison Square Gardens in New York City on October 24th.
Having just released the official tracklist for their upcoming effort, Disclosure appear poised to capitalize on the buzz surrounding their follow-up to 2013’s Settle, but only time will tell whether the album will carry the same weight as their previous work.
Tell us, did Disclosure hit your location on their North American Caracal tour – and if so, would you consider buying tickets to one of the dates?
