It’s been quite some time since livetronica duo Big Gigantic bestowed new music upon their fans. They clearly haven’t lost their touch, though, as evidenced by what they’ve offered up in the form of “The Little Things.”
The Boulder, CO-based outfit spared no expense in putting together something grandiose for the track that would break their unofficial release hiatus. Angela McCluskey’s rich vocals make for a fitting accompaniment to the jazzy, largely instrumental Big Gigantic style, with effervescent synth work emphasizing each exhilarating peak.
By the look of it, “The Little Things” is but a sign of more to come from the duo as well. Shortly before releasing the track, they teased a totally separate collaboration with vocalist Jennifer Hartswick in the following post to their Facebook page:
