Not that he’s been asked or anything, but just so you know, Tom Hiddleston would consider a part in the upcoming Star Wars: Episode VII if he happened to be approached. Now everyone can relax. Of course, a revelation of such importance begs so many “would you consider doing it?” based follow-up questions: Would Tom Hiddleston consider a role in a Star Trek movie, for instance? How about a future Indiana Jones installment? Would Tom Hiddleston consider going back in time to kill George Lucas if he came into contact with a doorway that led to 1998? Would Tom Hiddleston consider kissing an alien if it was clean enough? etc.
Hiddleston revealed this consideration during a recent interview, in which he also went out of his way to praise producer Kathleen Kennedy (who is guiding these new Star Wars things):
“Absolutely, yeah. It would depend on the story and the character and things. But I don’t know, maybe people would associate me too closely with Loki – I hope not.”
“Kathleen Kennedy is a filmmaker of such extraordinary experience and wisdom – she’s one of the best producers I’ve ever worked for. She just knows her way around the medium and the art form and the industry, so I think I’d take it very seriously if they asked me.”
Stay tuned on this internet to find out what Tom Hiddleston would consider doing next. You never know. Would you like to see Loki in Star Wars: Episode VII?
