New Justice League Poster Promotes Teamwork

Today's a big day for the DC Extended Universe, as Warner Bros. is set to host their panel at San Diego Comic-Con in just a few short hours, where they're expected to drop a new trailer for Justice League, give us our first look at Aquaman and hopefully, peel back the lid on some of the other big superhero flicks they've got brewing in development.

There’s a lot to look forward to, then, and now, to get the hype going a bit early, the studio’s rolled out a brand new poster for Zack Snyder/Joss Whedon’s aforementioned flick, featuring the titular League united and promoting the idea of teamwork with the tagline: You Can’t Save The World Alone. Admittedly, it’s a bit bland as far as promotional material goes, and definitely not our favorite poster for the film, but it’s nice to get another look at the blockbuster either way.

After all, now that the DCEU has had its first unqualified success with Wonder Womanhopes are running high that Warner Bros. can repeat the trick with the franchise’s next releaseThough there’ve been some big changes behind the scenes recently, what with The Avengers director Joss Whedon taking over from Zack Snyder for the film’s reshoots, fans are crossing their fingers that this will still be the team-up movie that the League deserves.

With $765 million under its gold-plated belt and scores of positive reviews to its name, Wonder Woman stands as a difficult act to follow, but we’ll be able to see what all the fuss is about once Justice League hits theaters on November 17th. Aquaman, meanwhile, has been penciled in for release on December 23rd of 2018, and if online speculation is to be believed, it won’t be the only DC tentpole to light up the big screen next year.
