Kirsten Dunst‘s acting comeback continues.
The Melancholia actress will star in Scott Rudin‘s Red Light Winter, a story about two friends reconnecting in Amsterdam, until everything changes once they encounter a Red Light district prostitute.
Mark Ruffalo and Billy Crudup will play the two friends, and although her role hasn’t been officially confirmed, Dunst will likely play the prostitute.
Dunst scored plenty of Oscar buzz and the Best Actress award at Cannes for Melancholia. I’m thrilled she’s made it back to the big screen, as I love her in practically everything she’s in (The Virgin Suicides, anyone?)
