But, you might not be the type of person who wants to go see the newest entry in the MCU in the theaters. Or you could have seen the mixed reception and poor critical reception the film received and are determined to wait until the movie lands on a streaming service. So, when is Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania joining Marvel’s streaming home, Disney Plus?

Every MCU movie and series is currently on Disney Plus, including the ones that you should watch if you need to catch up before watching this new entry, which is now on the streamer!

It had been previously predicted that Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, released on Feb. 16, 2023, could be available to watch at home in April and the speculations turned out to be somewhat true as the film was digitally released on April 18. But even though most of the recent MCU films debuted on Disney Plus the same day as their digital release, Ant-Man 3 didn’t follow a similar route. Apparently, Marvel Studios chose to repeat Avatar: The Way of Water‘s decision, as the film opted for a VOD release first instead of joining the streamer.

Thankfully, Quantumania has adhered to speculations that the Marvel film will be hitting the service soon — it is finally available to watch on Disney Plus exactly 87 days after its theatrical release.

The gap between the film’s debut in theaters and on the streamer bypasses the one experienced by Wakanda Forever. Just another addition to all the disappointing milestones Quatumania has achieved so far.
