5) Mr. Poppers Penguin’s (2011)
It may seem surprising that the filmmakers behind Mr. Popper’s Penguins inserted a gag after the credits, but to be fair, they probably felt that they owed their audience as they’d failed to include anything funny in the actual movie before.
It’s as if whoever thought of including this disclaimer was already disappointed with Carrey’s performance and felt he needed to be punished in some form. Brilliant.

Kevin Smith regularly mentions his parents in the credits of his movies. For example, in Dogma, Smith asks “who raised me Catholic, more or less?”
His funniest message, though, appears in his second feature, Mallrats, where he thanks his Mom and Dad “for having sex all those years ago.” Although, audiences who saw his film Jersey Girl may disagree…
