16 Funny Messages You May Have Missed In The End Credits

The film ends and the credits start to roll. What do you do? Well, most people are quick to leave the cinema, eager to regain feeling in their butts, relieve their bladders and begin the long journey home. Depending on the movie though, some viewers choose to stay behind and wait until after the credits have finished, all in the hope that the filmmakers might have added an extra scene or two at the end. Pixar and Marvel Studios are particularly renowned for this, and while the wait may be long, it's a great way of encouraging audiences to stay in their chairs and see the names of all the talent involved in the filmmaking process.

In Disney’s colossal hit Frozen, the lead male Kristoff claims that all men eat their own boogers. Someone working behind the scenes at The Walt Disney Company clearly felt self-conscious enough about that to include a special disclaimer, making it clear that Kristoff’s views are purely his own and are not shared by the company as a whole.

Pretty suspicious if you ask us though…

2) Pulp Fiction (1994)

Quentin Tarantino is another director who loves to play with the conventions of cinema and reference the work of himself and others whenever possible. In the end credits for Pulp Fiction, the Coffee Shop Manager, who is played by Robert Ruth, is credited as just ‘Coffee Shop.’ The reason for this is that when Tim Roth holds a gun to Ruth’s head and starts yelling “Are you gonna be a hero?” the manager starts to respond by saying “I’m just a Coffee Shop-” before Roth cuts him off early with another rant.

That’s the official explanation, although there’s always the chance that Ruth just has some extremely bizarre identity issues…
