If previous featurettes have doubled down on the core, intense rivalry fuelling the battle between Team Iron Man and Team Cap, it is Chadwick Boseman’s Black Panther that takes center stage in today’s all-new featurette for Captain America: Civil War.
Welcoming directors Joe and Anthony Russo into the limelight, the clip documents that chase sequence that involves Black Panther, Sebastian Stan’s The Winter Soldier and Chris Evans’ star-spangled hero himself. What exactly Bucky Barnes is in possession remains a mystery for now, but it’s clear either he or the item in question is of the utmost importance for Boseman’s T’Challa and, by effect, Team Iron Man.
With the battle lines now drawn for Civil War, directors Joe and Anthony Russo have assembled Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Sebastian Stan, Elizabeth Olsen, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Rudd, Don Cheadle, Martin Freeman, William Hurt, Emily Van Camp and Daniel Brühl, who features in the ensemble cast as the malevolent Baron Zemo.
Captain America: Civil War makes its debut in the UK tomorrow, April 29, before hopping across the pond in time for a release on May 6.
