While Avengers: Endgame is still another few weeks away from hitting theaters, folks are already itching to book their tickets for what’s sure to be the year’s biggest release – and understandably so. Going by a new report from ComicBook.com, though, it seems as if fans are now just days away from grabbing their seats.
According to the outlet’s trusted sources, tickets for the Avengers: Infinity War sequel will go on sale next week, on April 2nd (as previously rumored). While it’s unclear exactly when in the day they may become available, it’s widely expected that pre-sales will begin early in the morning. Furthermore, since the film is looking to be exceptionally long by blockbuster standards, there’s been whispers that the first showtimes will actually be from 6pm on April 25th, as opposed to the typical 7pm, though that’s yet to be confirmed.
So, there you have it. Just a couple more days now until you can secure your tickets for Avengers: Endgame. And once they’re on sale, you can bet that the marketing floodgates will really open. In fact, this past week has already brought us a ton to feast on.
Among other things, we’ve seen the emergence of 32 character posters, a couple of featurettes, the very first theater standee and even a few pieces of international promo art. Meanwhile, Joe Russo got the hype train revved up a little bit more when he revealed that the sequel had one of the best test audience responses of any MCU film to date.
Overall, things bode very well for Avengers: Endgame and its box office numbers, but you can judge for yourself if it managed to life up to all the expectations when it arrives in theaters next month, on April 26th.
