A few months ago we got to see some images of a blue Jamie Foxx on the set of The Amazing Spider-Man 2, confirming that the Electro Spidey would be dueling in next spring’s film would be more like the Ultimate Spider-Man version than the original green-and-yellow-spandexed Max Dillon. This look for Electro is completely awesome. It’s absolutely terrifying to see Foxx glowing with fury, and it makes me all the more excited for the film. I’m interested to see how Foxx does as Electro too. He’s not an actor whose previous roles scream comic book villain, but if there’s one thing Marc Webb is always spot on with, it’s his casting, so I’ll trust that he has chosen the best actor for the role.

Electro isn’t the only villain Spidey will have to contend with this time around either. The Rhino (Paul Giamatti), Adrian Toomes (Colm Feore) who may become the Vulture, and Norman Osborn (Chris Cooper) aka the Green Goblin are all slated to appear in the film. Toss in his relationship with Gwen Stacey, a new friendship with Harry Osborn, and an appearance by Felicity Jones (who many believe is playing Felicia Hardy) and everyone’s favorite web-slinger is definitely going to have his hands full.

There’s also a picture of Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker with co-star Dane DeHaan as Harry Osborn. DeHaan is dressed in a way that there’s no mistaking how much money his dad has, and Garfield seems to be very happy about something his buddy is saying.

Check out the EW cover and the image of Garfield and DeHaan below, then head on down to the comments section and share your thoughts on this look at The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
