6) Life In Themyscira
Like Captain America: The First Avenger (another superhero movie which doubled as a period piece), Wonder Woman has a lot to squeeze in. It’s essential that her life on Themyscira be explored before she heads into the wider world and becomes part of World War I, and if this trailer is any indication, we’ll spend a decent amount of time with the Amazons.
Only snippets of their culture is glimpsed here, though it looks every bit as unique as Asgard from the Thor movies and the scenes with the warrior women in battle look set to be a highlight. It’s entirely possible that Wonder Woman will be the only movie where we spend any time here, too, especially as there has to be a reason why Diana spent years hiding in our world before being discovered by Bruce Wayne.
