Walker (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III)
It’s rather poetic that the worst Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film provided us with the worst villain as well. There’s so much wrong with this 96-minute eyesore that most of us don’t even remember that the bad guy was a random dude named Walker.
The filmmakers had yet to introduce the likes of Krang or Bebop and Rocksteady by the time the third film came around. So, what did they do? They went and sent the Turtles back in time to battle someone who’d never even appeared in any TMNT media. Genius, right?
Apart from the fact that Walker was a weak villain, the film was so bad that it killed the Turtles’ big screen adventures for over a decade. Seeing this script developed, however, should give hope to any aspiring screenwriter. It shows you that no matter how bad your idea is, there’s always the chance that someone will buy it.
