3) Avengers Divided
The premise of Civil War necessarily has the Avengers fracturing and, ultimately, tussling, with Helmut Zemo and Thaddeus Ross sparking off the epic confrontation that leads to this titular war. This being an MCU movie, however, you might think everything would be back to normal by the final reels, with Stark, Rogers and all reconciling over some Shawarma. But this isn’t the case.
[zergpaid]By the end of Civil War, the Avengers remain divided, with Rogers and Stark in particular failing to mend their relationship after their bruising final fight. It’s as yet unclear how this will play out in future movies, though at present it seems Captain America is on the run, with other ex-Avengers including Hawkeye, Scarlet Witch and Ant-Man – all of whom Cap is forced to break out of prison – in tow.
