Hailed by many as 2015’s best comic book adaptation, Daredevil may have made us wait for the costume, but by the time that iconic red suit finally showed up, it’s fair to say that the incredible action sequences in the Netflix series meant that the majority of fans had forgotten about the wait.
While it would be easy enough to list all of those aforementioned action scenes here, one of the first definitely stands out as the best. The brutal fight scene which took place in that corridor in the first episode did an amazing job of establishing the tone of the series, and the fact that it was shot in one take makes it even more special.
Brutal, exciting, and extremely re-watchable, this is how superhero fight scenes should be.
