Are you one of the many that’s intending to pick up the Uncharted: Nathan Drake Collection when it releases in October? Well, if you’ve already got your pre-order sorted, you might want to consider changing it now – Sony have just announced a separate special edition to commemorate the game’s release.
As well as containing all of the content of the standard version, the special edition will also include a sleek, exclusive steelbook case, an assortment of stickers and a 48-page art book tentatively titled The Art Of The Uncharted Trilogy.
Pricing and availability have yet to be announced, but expect more details on the likely to be highly sought after special edition soon.
Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection releases on October 9, featuring all three Uncharted games originally released on the PlayStation 3, and they’re all promised to run at 1080p/60fps. Multiplayer components for each title won’t be available in the trilogy re-release. However, the collection will come packaged with access to the Uncharted 4: A Theif’s End multiplayer beta for early adopters to try out ahead of a full release next year.
