Although Ubisoft‘s E3 2012 press conference was highlighted by amazing-looking high-definition games like Watch Dogs, Assassin’s Creed III and Far Cry 3, there was one visceral Vita title which also made heads turn. Entitled Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation, it will take us to New Orleans during the late 1700s, where a female assassin named Aveline can be found lurking within the city’s digitally-crafted shadows.
After impressing the folks in attendance at the convention, Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation walked away with eighteen awards and nominations, as well as some praise-filled quotes from major outlets. Now, all of those commendations are together in the game’s brand new trailer, which shows off more than visceral gameplay footage.
Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation will launch this fall, which is when its high-definition peer will also become available.
