With little under two weeks to go until launch day, Ubisoft has detailed the content included in the Watch Dogs 2 Season Pass.
Priced at $39.99, the premium pass grants access to four mission packs, gadget and character skins, a new co-op difficulty mode, and much, much more. It’ll begin with the release of the Root Access Bundle on November 15 – the day Watch Dogs 2 is slated to release – opening up full sets of outfits, new cars, a drone skin, a new weapon, and the Zodiac Killer mission.
Before the year’s end, Season Pass holders will also get the Psychedelic Pack, allowing you to customize “Marcus’ outfit, weapon, drone, and car in the grooviest style.”
Here’s a rundown of the remaining content included in the Watch Dogs 2 Season Pass, per Ubisoft:
T-Bone Content Bundle (December 13)
Raymond “T-Bone” Kenney returns in Watch Dogs 2, and he’s brought his tropical trucker-hobo look with him. The T-Bone Bundle includes his truck, his outfit, and Mayhem – a new difficulty level for co-op activities that introduces a new enemy archetype equipped with advanced weaponry.Human Conditions (Spring 2017)
Uncover scandals in San Francisco’s science and medicine industries through several hours of content spread across three new world stories. Additionally, this content unlocks elite co-op missions that feature the Jammer – an enemy that possesses the technology to hunt you down.No Compromise (Spring 2017)
Marcus takes on the Russian Mafia in a new world story that exposes an even more dangerous side of San Francisco. You can also experience a new co-op mode called Showd0wn where only the best players can survive.
On the surface, $39.99 is a bit steep for a game’s Season Pass, though in fairness, it appears Ubisoft has crammed the premium pack full of diverse content. Will the quality match the quantity? Time will tell.
