Guild Wars 2‘s Living World storyline kicks off its second season today with a debut trailer for “The Gates of Magumaa,” a brand new episode for the MMO’s lore. The event is set to debut on July 1st, and will bring with it a ton of additional content, including new villains and additional zones.
Guild Wars 2 players are expecting quite a bit from this new episode, especially since the first season of the Living World storyline ended with a pretty big bang, as one of the major locations in the game, Lion’s Arch, was attacked during a major event.
We’ll have to wait until next month to see if this continued narrative lives up to that finale. For now, though, check out the trailer below and let us know what you think.
