As established in the first generation of games, Pokemon Sun and Moon are set to continue the tradition of each respective version featuring exclusive Pokemon that can’t be found in the other.
Thanks to a trailer (above) released by The Pokemon Company itself a few months back, we already know that the Primate-inspired critters Passimian and Oranguru will be exclusive to Sun and Moon respectively, but it appears as if the full lists for both titles has leaked ahead of release.
Unsurprisingly, a lucky few Trainers have gotten their hands on the handheld RPG ahead of next week’s official release, one such being Reddit user VanitaLite, who’s provided a full rundown of each game’s exclusives. As expected, the distribution is even, with Sun and Moon each receiving six (seven, if you count evolutions) exclusives.
You can see the full list below:
Pokemon Sun
- Passimian
- Tortunator
- Lycanroc Midday-Forme
- Alolan Vulpix and Ninetales
- Solgaleo
- UB-02 Expansion
Pokemon Moon
- Oranguru
- Drampa
- Lycanroc Midnight-Forme
- Alolan Sandshrew and Sandslash
- Lunala
- UB-02 Beauty
As usual, you’ll need to trade with other Trainers around the world to obtain the exclusives not native to your chosen version, but we can’t imagine you’ll have much trouble finding someone to trade with – Nintendo recently confirmed that Pokemon Sun and Moon are the most pre-ordered titles in the company’s history.
Pokemon Sun and Moon launch November 18 worldwide for 3DS.
