For a while now, those of us who played through The Last of Us have been itching for news regarding the Game of the Generation candidate’s previously-confirmed story-based DLC. However, little was made public until last night, when Sony and Spike TV combined to provide us with a lot to get excited for, via a PlayStation-centric special. Included in the aforementioned mix was, thankfully, a first look at Left Behind, an expansion that delves into Ellie’s life before she met Joel.
There’s not a lot to what is a surprisingly brief teaser, but at least it’s something. In fact, all that it shows is Ellie and her friend Riley approaching a deserted carnival, wherein a lit-up carousel is beckoning them. That’s it, folks.
We’ll let you know when more news regarding The Last of Us, or any of its downloadable content packs, becomes available. Stay tuned and in the meantime, check out the trailer below and feel free to share your thoughts in the comments section.
