Here’s Your Cheat Sheet For Fortnite Season 8 Week 9 Challenges

Fortnite Season 8 has been steadily progressing for some time now. Developer Epic Games kickstarted the battle royale's current refresh exactly nine weeks ago, ushering in a total revamp of Battle Island. The welcome aesthetic changes not only marked the introduction of several new Points of Interest like Loot Lake's steaming volcano but a sweeping pirate theme. Treasure maps, peg-leg cosmetics, talking parrots - you name it, Fortnite probably has it, but that will all soon change once again.

Epic has yet to confirm a start date for Season 9, but the duration of past seasons implies it can’t be more than a few weeks away. That being the case, latecomers to the party will no doubt still be sifting through an endless list of challenges in order to obtain every Battle Star possible. With nearly three months’ worth of tasks available, hitting the 100% completion mark can often feel like a daunting challenge, but don’t sink into despair just yet.

As always, the folks over at Fortnite Insider have come to the rescue with a cheat sheet for Season 8’s ninth round of challenges, and you can check it out below:

Free and Battle Pass challenges alike are relatively straightforward this week, with only a few potentially proving difficult. For the former, landing at several specified locations is as simple as pulling up the map, so no issues there. The lower frequency of volcano vents, on the other hand, means many will likely be unaware of their locations. Other than that, the only remaining head-scratcher you’ll likely need the cheat sheet for is the Battle Pass-exclusive challenge to dance between several different landmarks, all of which are marked above.

Fortnite Season 8’s Week 9 challenges fall on the easier side this time around, then, but it’s no matter – there’s plenty of new content to keep players occupied. As part of today’s v8.50 patch, Epic has welcomed Marvel’s Thanos back to the shores of Battle Island and this time, the supervillain has his own specially-made Limited-Time Mode. For everything you need to know on that front, see here.
