Final Fantasy V, VI, & Chrono Cross Confirmed For PlayStation Network

Three classic RPGs on both the Super Nintendo and the original PlayStation are getting digital re-releases for new audiences in the coming weeks as downloadable titles on the PlayStation 3's PlayStation Network, as part of developer/publisher Square Enix's "Winter of RPGs" campaign.

Three classic RPGs from both the Super Nintendo and the original PlayStation will be receiving digital re-releases for new audiences in the coming weeks as downloadable titles on the PlayStation 3’s PlayStation Network. This initiative is part of developer/publisher Square Enix‘s “Winter of RPGs” campaign.

Sixteen-bit titles Final Fantasy V and Final Fantasy VI, along with the PlayStation title Chrono Cross, have all been confirmed. Cross will launch on November 8th in North America, followed by FFV on November 22, and FFVI on December 6th. Pricing has yet to be announced but we’ll keep you posted when we hear more.
