Today’s Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two developer diary focuses in on the work that went into giving the game’s characters purpose.
As you’ll surely note, a few of the featured digital inhabitants are, in fact, iconic Disney characters, but that didn’t stop Warren Spector and company from giving them unique abilities. Mickey has his all-important magical paintbrush, which lets him alter the world through the use of both paint and thinner, while Oswald can now fly through the air like Sonic’s pal Tails. On top of that, the lucky rabbit can use electricity to affect the world’s features, as well as its enemies.
Later on, talk shifts to the supporting cast, and there’s some interesting information to discover there. At that time, you’ll find out more about some of the game’s supporting characters and their relationship to its main duo.
Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two will mix paint with Disney for a second time come this November.
