For those who just can’t wait for the release of Coffee Stain Studios’ cult hit Goat Simulator to release on Xbox One, we have good news: the company has just released the absurd, tongue-in-cheek title across iOS and Android.
Available for $4.99 (£2.99), the game was initially pegged for a mobile release on September 18th. But, low and behold, the Swedish studio just couldn’t wait to bring its rampaging goat onto the platforms.
SURPRISE we kind of released Goat Simulator on iOS & Android two days early. We couldn’t stay off that “publish” button. It’s out RIGHT now!

Make no mistake about it, Coffee Stain Studios proudly parade the glitches and bugs found in the game for all to see, and have even attached this hilariously candid disclaimer to those looking to purchase Goat Simulator.
“Goat Simulator is a completely stupid game and, to be honest, you should probably spend your money on something else, such as a hula hoop, a pile of bricks, or maybe pool your money together with your friends and buy a real goat.”
Goat Simulator‘s release date for Xbox One is currently unknown (we expect it to hit Microsoft’s platform before the year’s end). For mobile users, though, the game is available to download and buy from today — or of course, you could take the studio’s advice and buy an actual goat.
