Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare‘s Sabotage DLC is out today on PlayStation 4, and Infinity Ward has celebrated the big day with an explosive launch trailer. Revealed last month, the first add-on for last year’s iteration of the series includes four brand new multiplayer maps as well as the continuation of the shooter’s Zombies mode.
Following on from the Zombies in Spaceland campaign included with the base game, Rave in the Redwoods looks set to further the outlandish nature of the co-op horde mode, taking place in an eerie forest populated by the undead and, you guessed it, a bunch of humans fighting for survival in the middle of a party. You can find more details, including a dedicated trailer, about that here.
As for the competitive side of things, Noir, Neon, Renaissance and Dominion are the new maps being injected into existing playlists in order to shake things up, so you’ll need to learn all of the best flanking routes and camping spots all over again if you don’t want to be caught with your pants down. Those that still fondly remember Modern Warfare 2, on the other hand, will find themselves right at home in Dominion, which is a spruced-up version of the original Afghan map, only this time, it’s set on Mars. The trailer also provides us with some fantastic tasters of the remaining three war zones, all of which appear to have their own very distinct flavors.
Renaissance recalls the classic Call of Duty maps of old, taking place in a rustic portion of Venice, replete with narrow streets and classic architecture. Noir and Neon, on the other hand, head in the complete opposite direction, the former heavily recalling the dystopian skylines and slums featured in Blade Runner while the latter exudes science fiction at every turn. Set in a digitized battlefield meant for training, players who meet death in Neon will burst into hundreds of colorful pixels instead of meeting the floor.
But that’s enough words. Check out the trailer for yourselves above. Sabotage can be picked up for $15 as a standalone DLC or as part of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare‘s $50 season pass. Activision has yet to confirm a release date for Xbox One or PC, but we suspect it’ll announce one sooner rather than later.
