If you intend to enjoy the full Batman: Arkham Knight experience, then you’ll want to make sure to have a decent chunk of cash set aside for DLC purchases. Why is that? Well, the game’s newly announced Season Pass comes in at a whopping $39.99 USD and $44.99 Canadian.
While Rocksteady has yet to announce any specifics, it has promised to extend its final Batman game with six months’ worth of post-launch content, which will include new skins, additional villains, harder challenge maps, bonus Batmobile tracks and extra story content. Hopefully it’ll all add up to be well worth the price of admission, though we wish the days of paying for skins were behind us. To be honest, it’s kind of silly at this point in time.
Those who like to plan ahead may best to purchase the Batman: Arkham Knight Premium Edition set, which was also revealed this morning. It will, unsurprisingly, contain both the core game and its Season Pass, and will retail for $99.99 USD and $114.99 Canadian. It’s now available for pre-order, alongside the pass itself.
Batman: Arkham Knight will conclude Rockstar’s famed trilogy on June 23rd, and will be available for purchase on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
