You may remember this scene in the international trailer for the Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel that dropped back in January. As a staff member checks through Peter’s things, she notices the Spidey costume, which was snuck into his bag by Aunt May. However, security seems more concerned with the banana that Peter has packed, and so his secret identity remains undiscovered. In a short clip released around the same time as the trailer, we also see Tom Holland’s character using the excuse that the outfit is actually his pajamas.

This moment is presumably taken from Peter’s school trip through Europe, which will see the web-slinger stopping by London, Prague and Venice. Along the way, it’s expected that he’ll run into Nick Fury, who recruits Spider-Man to fight Elementals across the continent. On his mission, Peter will have an unlikely ally in Mysterio, played by Jake Gyllenhaal, though many fans are already suspicious that Quentin Beck isn’t the friend he claims to be.

Hopefully we’ll learn a little more about the wall-crawler’s next outing when the new trailer drops, which is expected to happen early next week. At the very least, it’ll be interesting to see if the preview references the events of Avengers: Endgame, now that the film has been seen by a ridiculous number of people.

Either way, Anthony and Joe Russo’s latest release brought some huge changes to the MCU, and we’ll find out how Peter and his peers deal with the consequences when Spider-Man: Far From Home hits theaters on July 2nd.
