Looking to do a MCU marathon before Avengers: Endgame arrives next month? If so, then this guide might come in pretty handy.

Avengers: Endgame

Avengers: Endgame is a special kind of movie. And that’s something we can say with total confidence – despite the fact that it’s still well over a month away from hitting cinemas.

Because after 21 films (Captain Marvel included) and more than 10 years of MCU awesomeness, Endgame is exactly that, the final chapter in the saga, one which will wrap up the arcs of many of our favorite heroes – Pepper Potts and all. As such, it’s small wonder why fans are already beginning to clear their calendars so they can catch the film as soon as possible. But there may be another reason for clearing your calendar, too, and that’s because as is often the case when the MCU has a major release, folks like to do a little marathoning.

That’s right, just like Infinity War before it, fans are starting to plan their Marvel marathons to refresh their memories on everything and anything MCU before they sit down to watch Endgame. And thanks to the folks at ComicBook.com, we now have this handy list below which shows us how to watch all the films in rough chronological order, and where to find them.

  • Captain America: The First Avengers (Amazon Prime, Google Play, iTunes, Vudu, and YouTube)
  • Captain Marvel (In theaters)

  • Thor: Ragnarok (Amazon Prime, Google Play, iTunes, Netflix, Vudu, and YouTube)
  • Avengers: Infinity War (Amazon Prime, Google Play, iTunes, Netflix, Vudu, and YouTube)

It’s an exhaustive list, to be sure, but one that will no doubt make your viewing of Endgame all the more rewarding if you manage to get through it. After all, there’s a lot to keep track of in the MCU and we wouldn’t blame you if some of the franchise’s key events have slipped your mind.

As for what comes next? Well, Kevin Feige said just last week that Marvel Studios won’t officially reveal its 2020 slate until after this year’s films have all been released, but it’s thought that next year will see just two MCU movies reach cinemas – those being, the Black Widow solo film and The Eternals. But first, Avengers: Endgame looks to bring this current era to a close when it arrives on April 26th, 2019.
