An alleged call sheet for Avengers 4 has been uncovered today and claims to have identified which heroes fought in Joe and Anthony Russo’s Infinity War and lived to tell the tale.
First thing’s first: we should stress that this document has been doing the rounds over on Reddit (via ComicBook.com), which is a red flag in and of itself. Second, the actual image contains a couple of glaring mistakes – for instance, Guardians of the Galaxy actress Karen Gillan is listed twice.
Notable by their absence? Evangeline Lilly (Ant-Man and the Wasp) and Tom Holland (Spider-Man: Homecoming), though it’s important to remember that the latter was actually missing from the Avengers: Infinity War call sheet, despite the fact that his Spider-Man holds an active role in the Russo brothers’ 2018 epic. Not only that, but Marvel brass Kevin Feige has been quick to point out that the untitled Homecoming sequel will help ease the MCU into Phase 4 in a post-Avengers 4 world, so we’re inclined to believe that Holland will indeed make an appearance when all is said and done.
Also of note, this document alleges that filming on Avengers 4 will begin in Atlanta this August and continue through until December 13th, at which point Joe and Anthony Russo’s sequel will enter post ahead of its arrival in 2019.
In no particular order, the alleged call sheet for Avengers 4 is as follows:
Chris Hemsworth
Josh Brolin
Chris Pratt
Sebastian Stan
Scarlett Johansson
Benedict Cumberbatch
Brie Larson
Zoe Saldana
Karen Gillan
Jeremy Renner
Chris Evans
Elizabeth Olsen
Bradley Cooper
Vin Diesel
Samuel L. Jackson
Paul Rudd
Benedict Wong
Dave Bautista
Paul Bettany
Chadwick Boseman
Mark Ruffalo
Robert Downey Jr.
Peter Dinklage
Danai Gurira
Once the dust has settled from Avengers: Infinity War, and both Ant-Man and the Wasp and the Brie Larson-fronted Captain Marvel have enjoyed their time in the sun, Marvel will begin to direct our attention toward the so-far untitled Avengers 4 in anticipation of its release on May 3rd, 2019.
