You won’t find anyone more apathetic about this franchise than me, so all I can tell you is that the pic will find Raphael, Leonardo, Michaelangelo, and Donatello all working together to fend off the Foot Clan and Shredder (Brian Tee), while preparing for the arrival of Krang (Brad Garrett). Some people might understand some of the words in that sentence, or find them to be in some way exciting. I’d ask around – the last one made enough money that someone will probably know what’s going on there.

Jonathan Liebesman (Battle: Los Angeles) did not come back to direct this sequel to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, instead leaving Earth to Echo breakout Dave Green to take up those duties. Megan Fox and Will Arnett are back in the lead human roles of April O’Neil and Vern Fenwick, with Arrow‘s Stephen Amell picking up the mantle of comic-book fave character Casey Jones, Tyler Perry playing Baxter Stockman, Brittany Ishibashi on board as Karai, Laura Linney stepping into the role of Rebecca Vincent, and Gary Anthony Williams and Sheamus Farrelly playing adversaries Bebop and Rocksteady.

The film’s out June 3. Mark your calendars, if you care.
