After persevering through radio silence for weeks on end, Metal Gear Solid fans have been treated to a bevy of information relating to the franchise’s next installment, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, of late.

Hot on the heels of yesterday’s untimely leak, which correctly pegged the sequel’s due date as September 1, Konami has noted that The Phantom Pain won’t make its way to PC until September 15, two weeks later than expected. Available to purchase via Steam, the digital copy will include an array of in-game extras that can be found in the Day One Edition. These bonuses in question encompass an Adam-ska Special Handgun, Personal Ballistic Shield (Silver), Cardboard Box (Wetland), Fatigues (Blue Urban Snake Costume) and a Metal Gear Online XP Boost.

Speaking of which, Metal Gear Online, the revamped tactical multiplayer component, is set to go live at the time of launch, September 1. For those who wish to go all-in on the full package, Konami is offering an expansive Collector’s Edition of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, which even includes a replica of Big Boss’ bionic arm, not to mention exclusive packaging, steelbook case along with a hoard of in-game perks. You can check out an image of this premium package, which has been priced at £99.99 (a US price is yet to be revealed), below.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will launch for PlayStation 4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360 on September 1. In the meantime, let us know what you think of the Collector’s Edition in the comments.
