Warner Bros. and New Line are now bringing the unstoppable marketing machine for The Hobbit: The Battle Of The Five Armies onto the small screen. After yet another full-length trailer landed last week, we’re now into go-big-or-go-home territory. When it comes to ensuring the public at large knows about the closing chapter in Peter Jackson’s Middle Earth saga, the assault had to be taken to TV!
So, does the 30 second teaser enchant us with any new footage of the saga? Let’s put it this way, it delves into the majesty of the final instalment, showcasing a host of creatures and a frightened little Bilbo. So that could go either way, really. With an extensive running time, there’s plenty of footage to assemble into new previews. However, it’s a real treat to witness the spectacle of the Middle Earth movies first on the big screen, so if you choose not to watch today’s latest clip – we won’t hold it against you.
