With the launch of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare drawing closer and closer (the game drops on November 4th), Activision is continuing on with their massive marketing push. Today sees the release of a new trailer titled “Power Changes Everything,” and it gives us a glance at both the single-player campaign and the multiplayer, and provides us with our first real look at the game’s new co-op mode: Exo Survival. Of course, there are also a few choice quotes from various critics sprinkled into the trailer for good measure, too.
The biggest takeaway here is of course the footage from Exo Survival, which will have “up to four players working together against waves of enemies that range from attack dogs to drones to other exoskeleton-suited grunts.” It definitely looks exciting, and though it doesn’t seem like it will stand out too much from co-op modes found in previous iterations in the series, the new Exo suit will no doubt add a bit of freshness as it will allow for a lot more verticality in your fight.
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will hit store shelves on November 4th for the Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. Will you be picking it up? Check out the trailer and let us know below.
