Rumblings of Time Splitters 4 have been around for a while now, ever since Free Radical was purchased by Crytek in 2009. Now rumors have surfaced once again that the much wanted sequel is in development, yet again.
Crytek head honcho Cervet Yerli was recently quoted saying “Yeah, we have been discussing it, but nothing has been confirmed yet.”
Does this mean we could finally see the return of Sergeant Cortez and the famous Time Splitters? Only time will tell, until then gamers will have to sit tight and hope that their fighting monkey will make a return in the near future. I personally can’t wait to blast Handymen, and Quacking Ducks in HD.
