With the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Assassin’s Creed III set to arrive at retailers next week, Ubisoft has released the game’s official launch trailer today in an attempt to make the next week of waiting even more unbearable.
The trailer doesn’t reveal much that we have not already seen in some form, but it does show a brief scene of what appears to be The Boston Massacre and lots of footage of the game’s land and naval battles. Plus the entire thing is set to some modern, but still appropriately Revolutionary War-themed music.
Assassin’s Creed III releases for the PS3 (which includes the exclusive Benedict Arnold story arc revealed earlier today) and Xbox 360 on October 30th. The Wii U version will launch alongside the new console on November 18th, followed by the PC version on November 20th.
