Country music sweetheart and Yellowstone‘s newest favorite, Lainey Wilson, has made her red carpet debut with her new beau, and the pair looked absolutely smitten during tonight’s Academy of Country Music Awards in Frisco, Texas. So just who is Wilson spending her days with as of late?
Football fans will likely know him as Duck Hodges, but his real name is Devlin, and he is a former player for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Ottawa Redblacks. During the ACM preshow, hosts of the red carpet event teased that Wilson was set to bring her “new man” to the big event, and fans were dreaming up possibilities as to who’d be arm and arm with her when the time came.
Having a romance in the entertainment industry is something that most celebrities like to keep to themselves for a while before going public. Wilson hasn’t shared how long she’s been spending time with Hodges, but they look adorable together, and they’re quite a pair.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Wilson looked at Hodges and said he looked like a total snack; how relatable is she?
“Yup, yup. I brought me a hot date tonight. I sure did, and I mean, he’s looking like a snack over there, ain’t he? You know what, you can be my date but you can’t steal my thunder.'”
Of course, no one steals Wilson’s thunder, but he certainly does look excellent standing next to her.
